Abstract
La presente investigación está enfocada dentro de un marco teórico legal, establecido en opiniones y posiciones reales, referentes a la situación delictiva que atraviesa nuestra sociedad, debido al alto índice de criminalidad cometido por adolescentes a temprana edad. En la actualidad la mayor cantidad de actividades ilegales o ilícitas que cometen los adolescentes son muy peligrosas, cuyas conductas por lo general son provocadas por la misma sociedad, convirtiéndose en un problema general que desvía la conducta del adolescente y que con el transcurso del tiempo se va agravando aún más hasta el punto de salirse de control.
Description
This research is focused within a legal framework, established real opinions and positions regarding the criminal situation in our society , due to the high rate of crime committed by teenagers early. Currently the largest number of illegal or illicit activities committed by adolescents are very dangerous , whose behaviors usually are caused by the same company , becoming a general problem that diverts adolescent behavior and the course of time will further aggravating to the point of getting out of control.
