| dc.description | La dedicación al estudio de los escolares es el resultante de múltiples aspectos, como las preferencias individuales de estudio que posee cada uno. Esta investigación se encarga de estudiar cómo pueden operar los docentes con los estilos de aprendizaje de sus estudiantes para que su dedicación al estudio y en correspondencia con ello su dedicación al mismo mejoren. La investigación ofrece respuesta a las debilidades encontradas en el comportamiento académico de los jóvenes escolares del nivel de la Básica Superior de la Unidad Educativa del Milenio “Gral. Eloy Alfaro Delgado” y se quiere conseguir que le dediquen más tiempo al estudio tiempo al estudio; por lo tanto se elaboró una estrategia metodológica que ofrece una guía de ayuda al docente sobre cómo trabajar los distintos estilos para el mejoramiento del rendimiento académico, aportando con la estrategia a Docentes y estudiantes a trabajar según sus diversos estilos, aspectos que motiven su crecimiento y permitan desarrollar fortalezas y capacidades. | es_ES |
