Evaluación de recursos naturales y culturales para la creación de un corredor turístico en el cantón zaruma, provincia de El Oro.

Abstract

Canton Zaruma is known for its rich cultural heritage and the natural beauty of its tourist attractions. The lack of a corridor has a negative impact; this unfavorable situation decreases economic income and limits investment in infrastructure and tourist services, which in turn affects the quality of the tourist experience. The main purpose of this project is the development of a Tourist Corridor through the implementation of a digital tool to promote cultural and natural tourism while preserving the local heritage. Within the methodology, a mixed method is applied, which allows to obtain complete results. The corridor allows to explore the places of interest easily from a technological device.
