| dc.description | In the world of business, collection management plays a very important role in the negotiations that are generated in financial institutions; Today there are countless deceptive tactics that clients use to evade their credit obligations, thus affecting the liquidity and stability of the business in progress. According to Fisher, Ury and Patton (2011) there are three ways to protect against such tactics: Recognize tactics, raise the issue explicitly, question the legitimacy and appropriateness of tactics. In the present investigation the methodology of bibliographic synthesis is applied, as well as the techniques of interviews and observation using the qualitative method that provides descriptive data of the respective investigation, which allowed us to determine the incidence of the blocking tactics used by Executives to protect themselves from customer deception. With the results obtained in the present investigation it can be evidenced that the executives explicitly raise the subject at the time of collection and question the legitimacy and convenience of the tactic exposed by the client, which helps them not to be subjected to any tactics Misleading and carry out its portfolio recovery in an efficient and efficient manner, achieving the economic stability of the financial institution. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | En el mundo de los negocios la gestión de cobranzas juega un papel muy importante en las negociaciones que se generan en las instituciones financieras; hoy en día existe un sinnúmero de tácticas engañosas que utilizan los clientes para evadir sus obligaciones crediticias siendo así afectada la liquidez y estabilidad del negocio en marcha. Según Fisher, Ury y Patton (2011) existen tres maneras para protegerse de esas tácticas: Reconocer la táctica, plantear el tema de forma explícita, poner en duda la legitimidad y conveniencia de la táctica. En la presente investigación se aplica la metodológica de síntesis bibliográfica, así como también se emplean las técnicas de entrevistas y observación utilizando el método cualitativo que suministra datos descriptivos de la respectiva investigación, lo cual nos permitió determinar la incidencia de las tácticas de bloqueo utilizadas por los ejecutivos para protegerse ante un engaño de los clientes. Con los resultados obtenidos en la presente investigación se puede evidenciar que los ejecutivos reconocen la táctica y plantean de forma explicita la tactica expuesta por el cliente, lo cual les ayuda para no ser sometidos alguna táctica engañosa y realizar su recuperación de cartera de forma eficaz y eficiente logrando la estabilidad económica de la institución financiera. | es_ES |
