Abstract
El sistema de justicia ordinaria en nuestro pais se encuentra congestionado, frente a este panorama contamos con el sistema alternativo de justicia, refiriéndonos específicamente a la mediación, reconocida constitucional y legalmente como un medio de la realización de la justicia, oportuno ágil y gratuito.

The ordinary justice system in our country is congested, against this background we have the alternative system of justice, referring specifically to mediation, constitutionally and legally recognized as a means of achieving justice, timely, flexible and free.
