Competencias docente en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje para mejorar la lectoescritura en los estudiantes de segundo año de EGB

Abstract

This bibliographic work shows the importance of the competence of the teacher to face the changes that education has had in the area of Language and Literature for the teaching of literacy in the first years of schooling where students acquire the bases to continue developing their skills as writers and readers interested in transmitting ideas and eager to know the thoughts of others, which encourages their creativity and arouses in them the interest of learning, for this the new way of teaching reading and writing is presented along the phonological path that is also the one applied in the Global method that starts from an analytical model where the text is considered a unit then divided into parts to be put into practice. If this process is not approached properly, not only the following learning is difficult, students are also obtained with deficit in literacy, in this case it is recommended to apply the established by the Regulation of the Organic Law of Intercultural Education, which requires that students who have not acquired the necessary skills must have academic reinforcement, where the teacher, DECE and parents are committed to help develop the skills.
