Abstract
El trabajo de investigación nos lleva efectuar un análisis jurídico y doctrinario, sobre la nulidad de un contrato de compra venta de un bien inmueble, sus causales de nulidad, la posibilidad de restablecer un inmueble que debió ser una herencia repartida entre los hermanos. De Comprobarse la nulidad, sus consecuencias y efectos sobre el bien inmueble y las personas que estuvieron involucradas en el acto si hay la posibilidad de demandar a su hermana por indignidad.
Description
The research leads us to make a legal and doctrinal analysis on the invalidity of a contract for sale of a property, its grounds for annulment, the possibility of restoring a building that must have been a divided inheritance among the brothers. Checked the nullity, its consequences and effects on the real property and the people who were involved in the act if there is the possibility to sue his sister for unworthiness.
