| dc.description | Una familia disfuncional manifiesta diferentes tipos de violencia, caracterizada por un ambiente y estilo de crianza inestable que no permite el desarrollo optimo en los infantes, afectando al rendimiento académico. La presente investigación aborda como objeto de estudio la familia disfuncional y se inclina a plantear la siguiente problemática: ¿Cómo influyen los estilos de crianza en el rendimiento académico de un estudiante proveniente de una familia disfuncional? Por ello, el estudio de caso tiene como objetivo principal establecer la influencia de los estilos de crianza y el rendimiento académico de un estudiante proveniente de una familia disfuncional, caso que fue tomado de la escuela Educación Básica “Luz de América” de la ciudad de Machala. En cuanto a la metodología, se empleó el alcance descriptivo con enfoque cualitativo, asumiendo la teoría sistémico familiar, después se realizó la aplicación de los instrumentos para la recolección de datos, entre ellos están: entrevista semiestructurada dirigida a la madre de familia y docente, que fueron de utilidad para saber sobre la disfuncionalidad familiar y de su estilo de crianza, así mismo la guía de observación estructurada y revisión documental que ayudó a conocer el desempeño del rendimiento académico predominante en el estudiante de 4to año de educación básica. De acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos el estilo de crianza y la falda de funcionalidad en el hogar, si influye en el rendimiento académico del menor, generando problemas al momento de relacionarse con sus compañeros, desenvolverse en el aula y sentirse incomodo cuando recibe muestras de cariño. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | A dysfunctional family manifests different types of violence, characterized by an unstable environment and parenting style that does not allow optimal development in infants, affecting academic performance. The present research addresses the dysfunctional family as an object of study and is inclined to pose the following problem: ¿How doparenting styles influence the academic performance of a student from a dysfunctional family? Therefore, the main objective of the case study is to establish the influence of parenting styles and the academic performance of a student from a dysfunctional family, a case that was taken from the Basic Education School "Luz de America" in the city of Machala. As for the methodology, the descriptive scope with qualitative approach was used, assuming the family systemic theory, then the application of the instruments for data collection was performed, among them are: semi-structured interview directed to the mother and teacher, which were useful to know about the family dysfunctionality and their parenting style, as well as the structured observation guide and documentary review that helped to know the performance of the predominant academic performance in the student of 4th year of basic education. According to the results obtained, the parenting style and the lack of functionality at home do influence the academic performance of the child, generating problems when relating with peers, developing in the classroom and feeling uncomfortable when receiving affection. | es_ES |
