| dc.description | The infections by the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) have increased at the moment becoming an infection common with a significant increase in the population, being the group more affected the younger pregnant women, which establishes risks to the mother and to the new born. In Ecuador from the 21 to 48% of the women are carrying HPV and 24% of teenagers of El Oro province died because serious complications. The present study must like objective determine the maternal-fetal complications produced by the Human Papilloma Virus in the younger pregnant women by means of the revision and analysis of bibliographical articles, generating an increase of knowledge which will improve the quality of attention to the pregnant adolescents. We are using as methodology in this investigation the bibliographical article revision and studies of goal analysis during last the 5 years. Mentioning therefore the complications produced after the treatment given to the infection, the precancerous injuries which can progress to cancer of invasive cervix and those that affect to the boy like the Papillomatosis of the respiratory tract, for that reason, the attention in the prenatal control of these patients is necessary and fundamental for the opportune and early detection of Human Papilloma Virus, as well as the knowledge of the affectations that he himself produces. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Las infecciones por el virus papiloma humano (VPH) han aumentado actualmente convirtiéndose en una infección común con un incremento significativo en la población, siendo el grupo más afectado las adolescentes embarazadas, lo que establece riegos a la madre y al recién nacido. En el Ecuador del 21 al 48% de las mujeres son portadoras de VPH y el 24% de adolescentes pertenecientes a la provincia de El Oro murieron a causa de complicaciones graves. El presente estudio tiene como objetivo determinar las complicaciones materno-fetales producidas por el virus papiloma humano en adolescentes embarazadas mediante la revisión y análisis de artículos bibliográficos, generando un aumento de conocimiento lo cual mejorará la calidad de atención a las adolescentes gestantes. Utilizando como metodología en esta investigación la revisión de artículos bibliográficos y estudios de meta análisis durante los últimos 5 años. Mencionando las complicaciones producidas después del tratamiento dado a la infección, las lesiones pre cancerosas las cuales pueden progresar a cáncer de cérvix invasivo y las que afectan al niño como la papilomatosis del tracto respiratorio, por ello, la atención en el control prenatal de estas pacientes es necesario y primordial para la detección oportuna y temprana del virus papiloma humano, así como también el conocimiento de las afectaciones que el mismo produce. | es_ES |
