La responsabilidad social y su influencia en el comportamiento organizacional en las bananeras del sector “La Palestina” del cantón El Guabo.

Abstract

At present, social responsibility has been one of the great challenges that banana companies have, and is of great help to the resources of today, it has been seen the need to exercise the role and interests they have to promote the behavior of banana workers, it was possible to collect all the necessary information to determine whether the implementation of the system of social responsibility in the sector of "La Palestina" which has been of great benefit to the company. It has been of great importance the result that has been obtained directly in the export of organic bananas and to publicize the economic sector of the canton of El Guabo.
