Abstract
This article has the objective of meditating around essential elements of the pedagogy in the field of the Civil right to look for an approach to the significant learning. The same one is sustained in a qualitative methodological strategy starting from the observation, the bibliographical revision, as well as of interviews and questionnaires, with the purpose of obtaining the methodological considerations as a result to take into account for the specialists to design the study plans and for the edu-cational ones to improve the teaching of this matter.

Este artículo tiene el objetivo de reflexionar en torno a elementos esenciales de la pedagogía en el campo del Derecho Civil para buscar una aproximación al aprendizaje significativo. El mismo se sustenta en una estrategia metodológica cualitativa a partir de la observación, la revisión bibliográfica, así como de entrevistas y cuestionarios, con el propósito de obtener como resultado las consideraciones metodológicas a tomar en cuenta por los especialistas para diseñar los planes de estudio y por los docentes para mejorar la enseñanza de esta materia.
