Abstract
Este trabajo investigativo sobre la “FALTA DE PROPORCIONALIDAD DE LOS PORCENTAJES MÍNIMOS ESTABLECIDOS EN LOS NIVELES 2 Y 3 DE LA TABLA DE PENSIONES ALIMENTICIAS EN RELACIÓN AL INGRESO BRUTO DEL ALIMENTANTE, NÚMERO DE HIJOS Y EDAD, EN LA CIUDAD DE MACHALA, DURANTE EL AÑO 2013”, hace un análisis riguroso sobre la problemática que existe al aplicar la tabla de pensiones alimenticias a los obligado que se encuentra en el nivel 2 y 3. La presente investigación, recoge información bibliográfica que constituye el marco teórico, dicha información corresponde a la bibliografía jurídica, que me permitió un acercamiento al problema de investigación, desde lo general para llegar a la concreción en el campo de la investigación se articuló con los resultados de la investigación empírica, lo que me permitió determinar fortalezas y debilidades en el problema de la fijación de la pensión alimenticia en valores, lo que a su vez me permitió diseñar una propuesta de reforma que si bien no resuelve toda la problemática, intenta incidir en aspectos importantes del problema.
