Abstract
Se presenta la dificultad en la movilidad vehicular y personal, debido al mal estado en que se encuentran las calles, lotizaciones Heriberto Mora, 1º de Noviembre y ciudadela 25 de Diciembre, pertenecientes al cantón Arenillas, por este motivo el presente trabajo de titulación tiene como objetivo general realizar el diseño geometrico, estructural y drenaje pluvial, mediante estudios previos de ingeniería, para mejorar y facilitar el acceso vehicular y peatonal, en las calles de las lotizaciones Heriberto Mora, 1º de Noviembre y ciudadela 25 de Diciembre.

the difficulty in vehicular and personal mobility occurs due to the poor condition they are in the streets, lotizaciones Heriberto Mora, November 1st and citadel December 25, belonging to the canton Arenillas, for this reason the present work titulación has as general objective perform geometric design, structural and storm drainage, through earlier engineering studies to improve and facilitate vehicular and pedestrian access on the streets of the lotizaciones Heriberto Mora, 1 November and 25 December citadel.
