dc.descriptionLa presente investigación propone estudiar el control concentrado de constitucionalidad en el ordenamiento jurídico del Ecuador, en función del análisis del principio de aplicación directa de la Constitución y la consulta de constitucionalidad de la norma jurídica. El contenido está dirigido a identificar la relación existente entre el desarrollo del valor normativo de la Constitución, el principio de aplicación directa y el control de constitucionalidad; y, a establecer el modelo de control de constitucionalidad que determina la Constitución del año 2008, los elementos que lo sustentan, y su incidencia directa en la protección de los derechos constitucionales.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis research proposes to study the concentrated control of constitutionality in the Ecuadorian legal system, based on the analysis of the principle of direct application of the Constitution and the consultation of the constitutionality of the legal norm. The content is aimed at identifying the relationship between the development of the normative value of the Constitution, the principle of direct application and the control of constitutionality; and, to establish the constitutionality control model determined by the 2008 Constitution, the elements that support it, and its direct impact on the protection of constitutional rights.es_ES
