dc.description.abstractSe los llaman hoy obligados subsidiarios en el código de la niñez y adolescencia, pero los mismos tienen existencia legal desde mucho antes en el código civil en el artículo 349, la disposición no es nueva -data del año 1978- pero la reforma al código de la niñez y la adolescencia, por la comisión de legislación y fiscalización, reabrió el tema del pago de pensiones de alimentos que deben asumir los padres, hermanos o tíos de un demandado, cuya principal responsabilidad recae directamente en el padre como en la madre.es_ES
