Dinámica del comercio entre Ecuador y Perú en el periodo 2017-2021. Caso análisis comparativo.

Abstract

International trade in recent years has undergone significant changes, not only in the context of trade flows but also in the border integration of both Ecuador and Peru, being a key factor for imports and exports; competitiveness, efficiency and management are pillars that must be managed in the context of national agencies and customs administrations of both countries; Although the CEBAF has been created as a means for border integration, what has made it possible is the Computerized Customs System (ECUAPASS), therefore it must be taken into account that the search for new ways in logistics to reach a border trade is a challenge for Ecuador and Peru. The objective of the present work in determining the management of international trade between Ecuador and Peru in the period 2017-2021, through the policy of data analysis to establish new logistics routes, being a descriptive type research, in addition to employing historical-logical, inductive-deductive, synthetic analytical, hypothetical-deductive methods. For data collection, the study of documents, the search for primary-secondary sources and web portals validated by international and national entities were used. Among the expected results is to determine the trend in the management of international, border and bilateral trade between Ecuador and Peru, since due to the deficiency of infrastructure and border coordination, it has been affected and weakened.
