Participación del trabajador social en la violencia de género en el Barrio 15 de octubre cantón Santa Rosa, año 2019

Abstract

The purpose of this systematization of experience is to train the families of the 15 de Octubre neighborhood of the Santa Rosa canton, depending on the participation with actions aimed at reducing gender violence, the prior disposition of the neighborhood authority for the Development of research techniques through observation and interview, essential resources for obtaining results, surveys were also used as an important instrument for the collection of information to a select group of residents being both participatory and interested in experiencing this process Learning. The theoretical framework of this research paper contains the documentary bibliographic compilation through the description between the relationship of the social worker and the problem causing gender inequality due to violence, also the importance of the main part family for co-responsibility and social commitment , also other relevant sub-themes that add to the research topic with definitions supported by different database authors, Dialnet, Scielo, Redalyc and in legal matters; the Constitution, regulations and laws for the Eradication of Gender Violence against Women and the Comprehensive Organic Criminal Code COIP. Not having clarified this problem well, there has been the normalization of events that socially harms human relationships both men or women within the family or couple. With the mission of improving human coexistence Social Work develops in an ethical direction, to strengthen bonds of trust, respect and integrity towards people, therefore prevention in situations of violence is of great value, since by inherent right it belongs to every human being to enjoy a life free from a harmful environment.
