Implementar un plan de emergencia contra incendios en el edificio PREDESUR

Abstract

In the activities that are carried out daily in the Predesur building, technological risk situations such as fire and explosion can be generated, which, if they occur, cause economic damages while at the same time they can influence the service that the institution provides to the community, significantly affecting the integrity of the people exposed and the processes developed. If we add to this the lack of technical and organizational resources, then it is not possible to adequately deal with these situations. Therefore, the need to elaborate and implement a contingency plan was raised. In such a way that the present research sought to design a fire emergency plan this with the help of a qualitative - deductive method complemented with primary and secondary sources, such as scientific articles, books, reports and bulletins which helped to create a unique model for the property in case of an accident of such magnitude. This plan was based on the structuring of quick actions and administrative - functional preparations during the emergency, which made it possible to adapt to the real conditions of the threats, creating conditions that allowed the people who work, acquire knowledge and organizational attitudes necessary to act correctly in the event of a fire.
