Análisis del efecto del emprendimiento juvenil con respecto al empleo de estudiantes universitarios de la ciudad de Machala 2020.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is qualified as a fundamental element in economies, in the same way youth entrepreneurship allows identifying business opportunities for young people who seek to improve their living conditions through the role of innovative initiatives, facing unemployment and the challenge of achieving a good level job. University students are a significant pillar for the execution of enterprises, since seeing them as a business opportunity, they can develop new ideas to satisfy needs, which in turn increase productivity and generate employment in society. The purpose of the study is to analyze the impact of youth entrepreneurship on the employment of university students in the city of Machala during the period 2020. Likewise, to determine the development and the relationship between the main variables, according to the quantitative approach, the Inferential and descriptive statistics, the survey technique is applied through the instrument of the questionnaire in a digital way made to students of the Technical University of Machala (UTMACH) and the Metropolitan University (UMET) Machala headquarters. The existence of an association between the variables is identified, but the number of students without working and undertaking is greater.
