Análisis de la normativa en las importaciones de vehículos como menaje de casa según el código orgánico integral penal (COIP).

Abstract

This paper analyzes the regulations on vehicle imports under the household goods and work equipment regime according to the comprehensive organic penal code (COIP), In June 2018 a new decree regarding the household goods regime was put into effect, vehicle and work equipment in which various changes are specifically detailed in the general norms for the realization of imports that receive an exception regime, establishing and applying certain measures that decontextualize and lose the sense of their origin. The respective review is carried out in several sources such as the National Customs Service of Ecuador, the Comprehensive Organic Penal Code, the Organic Law of Production, Trade and Investment (COPCI), using the induction, deduction and systematic methods where performs a compilation of data and information from reliable bibliographic sources in order to evaluate the problem posed.
