Abstract

A través de la investigación se ha demostrado que es indispensable para tener un marco penal tanto objetivo como sustantivo acierte a las necesidad que amerita la realidad del índice criminal en materia ambiental, establecer más rigurosidad en la penología del fenómeno del delito ambiental.

Description

Through research it has been shown that it is essential to have a criminal framework both objective and substantive guesses the need that warrants the reality of the crime rate in the environment, establish more rigorous penology the phenomenon of environmental crime.
