Abstract

Companies set goals and objectives, one of them is to generate profits during each period completed, which makes it grow and this information will be reflected in the financial statements of the company, will proceed to make the respective distribution of profits to workers provided that this has occurred in the period, for which the current legal regulations will apply, carrying out the procedures that are necessary for the correct distribution to the workers in a reasonable manner, taking into account that the rights and obligations that the Employer has with the worker, respecting the social benefits, the accounting record corresponding to the practical case that arises from the company Indumax SA will be made. This research performs an analysis of the distribution of utilities in a reasonable manner applying the legal regulations, as well as generating information for researchers, thus facilitating future searches for reliable information, providing a point of view for researchers.
