Abstract

In this research work a case analysis is proposed through the observation of the film we have to talk about Kevin, an adolescent who presents disruptive behaviors since childhood and who later evolves into an antisocial personality disorder, The objective is to identify the clinical elements in case K through the cognitive-behavioral approach for the implementation of an intervention proposal, for this, the analysis of the various factors that are considered important elements in the origin of PAD was carried out, both the family environment, types of attachment and biological factors, allow to obtain a clear vision that through theory seeks to identify the development of this pathology. Based on the use of the diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders, the verification of TAP was established in case K, complying with the established diagnostic criteria except for two sections of criterion A, numerals 3 and 6. In addition, it is contemplated The use of more pertinent psychological reagents for the evaluation of personality and antisocial behaviors, such scales correspond to the MMPI-2, PCL-YV and PAI-A instruments proposed as the most appropriate in the evaluation of people with dissocial or antisocial disorders. The proposal is under the same cognitive-behavioral approach, which in various studies is considered the most relevant for intervention in personality disorders, focusing on behavior modification through the application of techniques in self-control, cognitive restructuring, social skills and solution. from problems.
