Abstract
The Companies must maintain an efficient accounting system for a correct accounting record of the operations and a good functioning of the company's resources. In this way, the inventory module of the SAP accounting software of the company REPAPERS S.A. will be analyzed in the 2019-2020 period. To establish the origin of the erroneous accounting records due to the parameterization caused by the inventory module. Therefore, it prevents management from making efficient decisions, harming the veracity of the entity's current situation. Therefore, the entity must establish policies for the Inventories account, in such a way that real balances and transparent financial statements are obtained.
Description
Las empresas deben mantener un sistema contable eficiente para un correcto registro contable de las operaciones y un buen funcionamiento de los recursos de la empresa. De esta manera se analizará el módulo de inventarios del software contable SAP de la empresa REPAPERS S.A. en el periodo 2019-2020. Para establecer el origen de los registros contables erróneos debido a la parametrización que ocasiona el módulo de inventarios. Por ende, impide tomar decisiones eficientes por parte de la gerencia, perjudicando la veracidad de la situación actual del ente. Por lo cual, la entidad deberá establecer políticas para la cuenta Inventarios, de tal manera que se obtengan saldos reales y estados financieros transparentes.
