dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo investigativo demuestra el diagnóstico situacional actual del cantón Santa Rosa, con el propósito de determinar la potencialidad turística de los atractivos y elaborar una propuesta de planificación para fortalecer el producto turístico a desarrollarse en base a las características geográficas del cantón. Se utilizó el método descriptivo, aplicando el instrumento de la “Guía metodológica para la jerarquización de atractivos turísticos” e información bibliográfica, permitiendo elaborar de esta manera el FODA, el cual consta de aquellas características internas y externas del territorio estudiado. En base a la potencialidad turística que posee el cantón, se determinó desarrollar el producto turístico “Turismo de sol y playa”, estableciendo estrategias y líneas de acción que contribuyan al desarrollo de la actividad turística del cantón de una manera sostenible.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis research work demonstrates the current situational diagnosis of the Santa Rosa canton, with the purpose of determining the tourist potential of the attractions and elaborating a planning proposal to strengthen the tourist product and develop based on the geographical characteristics of the canton. The descriptive method was used, applying the instrument of the "Methodological guide for the hierarchization of assets" and bibliographic information, thus allowing the SWOT to be prepared, which consists of the internal and external characteristics of the studied territory. Based on the tourist potential that the canton has, it was determined to develop the tourist product "Sun and beach tourism", establishing strategies and lines of action that contribute to the development of tourist activity in the canton in a sustainable way.es_ES
