Abstract

The commercial term of delivery with paid rights refers to the maximum obligation that the seller acquires on the goods that he sends abroad, ranging from the procedures in the customs of the country of origin, internal transport and freight, as well as all expenses at the port of departure and entry into the country of destination, additionally it must cover transport within the importer's country, to get the merchandise to the agreed place, always having the responsibility in charge in case of any inconvenience that may arise. The present case describes the process of exporting quality cocoa A.S.E. negotiated with the Incoterm delivery with rights paid to the market in France. To carry out the investigation, we reviewed the bibliography referring to the topic located in databases such as Redalyc, Scielo and Scopus, as well as browsing national and international websites to obtain relevant and true information about the problem to be investigated.
