dc.descriptionEn el año de 1827 el Dr. Richard Bright encontró relación entre enfermedad cardiaca y renal nombrándolo Síndrome Cardiorenal (SCR), se define como conjunto de síntomas que afectan a un órgano en este caso puede estar afectado el corazón, riñón o viceversa, por ende si los órganos afectados tuviesen un funcionamiento normal no surgieran anormalidades; dentro de los subtipos de síndrome cardiorenal tenemos el tipo 1 y 2, que son aquellos que se producen a partir de una insuficiencia cardiaca que llevará a una injuria renal aguda, evolucionando a insuficiencia renal crónica, datos estadísticos, explica que el 50% de pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica (ERC) fallecerá por una enfermedad cardiovascular.es_ES
dc.description.abstractIn the year of 1827, Dr. Richard Bright found a relationship between Heart and kidney disease by naming it Cardiorenal syndrome (CRS), which is defined as a set of symptoms that affect an organ in this case the Heart, kidney or viceversa may be affected, so that if the affected organs had normal non-surgical functioning abnormalities, within the subtypes of cardiovascular síndrome we have type 1 and 2, which are those that occur from a heart failure that will lead to water renal injury, which will progress to chronic renal failure, statistical data explains that 50% of patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD) will die from cardiovascular diseasees_ES
