| dc.description.abstract | El transporte turístico parte de su origen en la historia en el siglo XIX siendo únicamente un medio de transporte común, teniendo su origen en Estados Unidos y Europa para cubrir la necesidad de movilizarse hacia lugares de interés en esa época por motivos de relajación, la prestación del servicio se debe generar mediante la ayuda de un guía turístico especializado, este guía deberá cumplir con todas las normas establecidas decretadas por el estado, es decir, deberá tener la licencia de guía, por el motivo de ser la persona con quien el turista tendrá la comunicación y establecerá la dinámica de información durante el trayecto hacia el destino, la Agencia Nacional de Transporte es el organismo a cargo de regular, planificar y controlar el transporte terrestre a nivel nacional, en contención a las estrategias procedidas por el Ministerio de Transporte y Obras Públicas, en cambio, La Autoridad Nacional de Turismo es el ente que rige las actividades turísticas en el Ecuador y será de suma competencia la ordenación e inspección de las actividades turísticas a nivel nacional, según lo especificado en la Ley de turismo y sus estatutos aplicativos y con la posibilidad de crear nuevos diseños para autenticar operadoras de transporte terrestre turístico en implementar un certificado o marca de calidad que puedan ser distinguidos. | es_ES |
