| dc.description | El derecho a la resistencia no ha alcanzado un desarrollo normativo que permita identificar los límites de su ejercicio, tanto para que su aplicación puede realizarse en un marco normativo que permita al individuo o a la colectividad actuar con la certeza de que sus actuaciones se enmarcan en el legítimo ejercicio de sus derechos, así mismo, para que el Estado y sus delegatorios puedan cumplir con su obligación de garantizar su ejercicio a la vez que impida que su ejercicio afecte los derechos de terceros.
