Abstract
El trabajo investigativo hace referencia a los ajustes que el auditor planeta en su examen a los estados financieros de la empresa OROEXPORT, S.A.; en el periodo 2016, evidenciando que existen inconsistencia en el manejo de los costos y gastos atribuibles al terreno adquirido, así como el cálculo de la amortización pertinente que debió ser registrada al 31 de diciembre de ese periodo, su fundamentación teórica tiene relación directa con el caso propuesto y son definiciones sobre auditoria, dictamen y demás referentes de esta técnica de la administración, al finalizar el estudio se dejan las respectivas conclusiones que son el criterio de la investigadora acerca de este importante rubro como lo es la propiedad planta y equipo dentro de las organizaciones mercantiles.

The investigative work refers to the adjustments that the planet auditor in its examination to the financial statements of the company OROEXPORT, S.A .; In the period 2016, showing that there are inconsistencies in the management of the costs and expenses attributable to the land acquired, as well as the calculation of the relevant amortization that should have been recorded as of December 31 of that period, its theoretical basis is directly related to the proposed case and are definitions on audit, opinion and other referents of this technique of administration, at the end of the study leave the respective conclusions that are the criterion of the researcher about this important item as it is the property plant and equipment within Commercial organizations.
