dc.descriptionLa auditoría informática es un proceso relevante para toda entidad corporativa que busca la competitividad, simplicidad y solvencia, gracias a que presta asistencia a un sinnúmero de tareas en forma eficiente e interdisciplinaria; además permite identificar vulnerabilidades, falencias o actividades automatizables por medios computacionales. La empresa MarkGlob es una sociedad anónima orientada al desarrollo estratégico, publicidad, marketing digital e imagen de sus clientes, también incursiona en las campañas políticas, monitoreo de aceptación social, entre otras labores gestadas mediante las tecnologías de comunicación e información. El presente estudio de caso tiene por objetivo analizar las mociones/prestaciones necesarias para las operaciones de MarkGlob por medio de las TIC`s; utilizando la metodología Cobit 5 desde la perspectiva explicativa aplicando la investigación documentada, para dar a conocer el estado de los activos informativos y que medidas pueden ser aplicables en la mejora de su infraestructura digital.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe audit is a relevant process for the whole entity, the search, the competence, the simplicity and the solvency, thanks to the assistance and the countless tasks in an efficient and interdisciplinary way; It also allows to identify vulnerabilities, flaws or activities that can be automated by computational means. The company MarkGlob is a public limited company oriented to the strategic development, advertising, digital marketing and image of its clients, also ventures into political campaigns, monitoring of social acceptance, among other tasks gestated through communication and information technologies. The objective of this case study is to analyze the motions / benefits for the MarkGlob operations through ICT`s; Using the Cobit 5 methodology from the explanatory perspective applying the documented research, to let us know the status of the information assets and the measures that can be applied in the improvement of its digital infrastructure.es_ES
