| dc.description | This project aims at the internal study in the area of human talent of the banana and plantain company AGRIOFAN CIA. LTDA, taking into account the methodology of selection and recruitment of personnel, as well as the cultural aspects of human talent that must be strengthened and enhanced to enable the good relationship of the company's collective. The investigation was done gathering information under interviews with the general manager and the head of the department of human talent, to be able to identify the method of selection and contracting that is used, once the characteristics were specified in the SWOT matrix, determining each one of them. The strengths and weaknesses of said department, satisfactorily obtaining the internal diagnosis. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto tiene como finalidad el estudio interno en el área de talento humano de la empresa productora de banano y plátano AGRIOFAN CIA. LTDA, tomando en cuenta la metodología de selección y contratación del personal, como también los aspectos culturales del talento humano que deben ser reforzados y potenciados para posibilitar la buena relación del colectivo de la empresa. La investigación se la realizó recabando información bajo entrevistas al gerente general y al jefe del departamento de talento humano, para poder identificar el método de selección y contratación que se utiliza, una vez precisadas las características se plasmó en la matriz FODA, determinando cada una de las fortalezas y debilidades de dicho departamento, obteniendo satisfactoriamente el diagnostico interno. | es_ES |
