dc.descriptionEl reconocimiento de derechos en la movilidad humana es un producto de la aplicación del enfoque de derechos humanos sobre los diferentes tipos de movilidad. El objetivo del presente artículo es revisar la situación de los derechos en materia de movilidad humana en la región y en Ecuador, en el marco del contenido constitucional y los estándares internacionales de derechos humanos. Fue realizada una investigación descriptiva, cualitativa sustentada en el uso del análisis de documentos, mediante la cual se identificaron los términos y tipos relacionados con la movilidad humana, caracterizando la situación de la movilidad humana a nivel internacional y la necesidad de aplicación de un enfoque integral de derechos en su atención por parte del Estado.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe recognition of rights in human mobility is a product of the application of the human rights approach to the different types of mobility. The objective of this article is to review the situation of human mobility rights in the region and in Ecuador, within the framework of the constitutional content and international human rights standards. A descriptive, qualitative research was carried out based on the use of document analysis, through which the terms and types related to human mobility were identified, characterizing the situation of human mobility at the international level and the need to apply a comprehensive approach rights in their care by the State.es_ES
