Abstract
The present titling work is carried out with the objective of carrying out a situational diagnosis by means of the application of the SWOT matrix and the Pareto diagram that allows the optimization of the administrative and productive activities of the company "Gran Hogar" of the city of Santa Rosa, which provides information to solve the problems present within the commercial sector of white goods and that hinder the efficiency in sales of the salesperson. A quantitative methodology with a descriptive scope will be used in the present investigation, being the data collection method the interview, which will be applied to the company Artefacta of the city of Santa Rosa.

Se realiza el presente trabajo de titulación con el objetivo efectuar un diagnóstico situacional mediante la aplicación de la matriz FODA y el diagrama de Pareto que permita la optimización de las actividades administrativas y productivas de la empresa “Gran Hogar” de la ciudad de Santa Rosa, el cual proporcione información para solucionar los problemas presentes dentro del sector comercial de electrodomésticos de línea blanca y que dificultan la eficiencia en ventas del comercial. Se empleará en la presente investigación una metodología de tipo cuantitativa con un alcance descriptivo, siendo el método de recolección de datos la entrevista, la que se aplicará a la empresa Artefacta de la ciudad de Santa Rosa.
