dc.descriptionEste trabajo de investigación de carácter práctico complexivo responde el caso la utilización de investigación descriptiva para investigar la preferencia de los consumidores en el servicio de restaurantes y cafetería, a través de una investigación descriptiva, existen dos técnicas para para poder realizarlo ;que son la observación personal y la encuesta en la cual se detallara cada una y también se examinaran las ventajas y desventajas al aplicar la técnica de la observación y de encuesta en el servicio de restaurantes y cafeterías además alegaremos las consideraciones implicadas en la realización de encuesta y de la observación ambas técnicas nos permiten recopilar datos de una forma confiable y determinaremos cuales de las dos es más factible al momento de recopilar la información sobre nuestro caso.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis complex practical research work responds to the case the use of descriptive research to investigate the preference of consumers in the restaurant and cafeteria service, through a descriptive investigation, there are two techniques to be able to perform it; which are the observation personnel and the survey in which each one will be detailed and the advantages and disadvantages will also be examined when applying the observation and survey technique in the restaurant and cafeteria service, we will also allege the considerations involved in conducting the survey and observation Both techniques allow us to collect data in a reliable way and we will determine which of the two is more feasible when collecting information about our case.es_ES
