Diseño de sistema de alcantarillado sanitario y pluvial en el sector nuevo amanecer 1 y 2 en el cantón Machala

Abstract

This title project was carried out in the design of a Sanitary and Pluvial Sewer System for the Nuevo Amanecer 1 and 2 sectors that have a future population of 990 and 810 (inhabitants) respectively. Currently, these sectors do not have and lack a basic sewer service, being used through septic tanks or septic chambers and the discharge method for domestic water is carried out through pipes that leave the houses to the Canal. To address this situation, the design parameters were established in accordance with National Regulations. A topographic survey of the study area was carried out and with the help of Civil 3D software, a topographic surface of the project area was geore. For the design calculation, a spreadsheet was developed in the Excel program in order to determine the appropriate dimensions of the pipes and manholes of the sewer network. The results were a maximum sanitary design flow of 3,822 lt/s for the Nuevo Amanecer 1 sector and 3,068 lt/s for the Nuevo Amanecer 2 sector. In addition, a pluvial design flow of 747.55 lt/s and 608.46 lt/s was determined for the same sectors, respectively Finally, the respective results were concluded, which are the plans and profiles of the design of the sanitary and storm sewer network
