Abstract

This degree essay is intended to provide the reader with an approach to the importance of the curriculum and why a teacher must be prepared to link the knowledge of one curricular level with another. The Ecuadorian ministry in its eagerness to provide the necessary guidelines for meaningful learning to be achieved, provides educational institutions with the necessary considerations so that the teacher has the facility to help their students with any problem that exists within the classroom. A curriculum is the maximum expression of the intentions that the educational institution has with respect to the level of training that it tries to provide to its main beneficiaries.
