Abstract
La planificación micro-curricular para estudiantes con capacidades especiales con deficiencia visual (cicatriz mocular congénita por toxoplasma en un 50 %) es muy importante dentro del desarrollo de las clases pues son las que guían el inicio, el desarrollo y el final de la misma, deben ir orientadas a mejorar el aprendizaje de los estudiantes que tengan algún tipo de problema que dificulten un mejor conocimiento en los mismos ejerciendo la rectoría en todos los saberes y siendo allí donde el sistema educativo se pone a prueba cuya tarea del docente es hacerlo operativo que constituye el soporte humano y técnico preciso para el éxito de la clase.

The planification micro -curricular planning for students with special abilities with visual impairment ( scar mocular congenital toxoplasma 50% ) is very important in the development of classes because they are the ones that guide the initiation , development and the end of it , should be aimed at improving the learning of students who have some kind of problem that hinder a better understanding in the same exercise stewardship in all knowledge and being where the educational system is tested with the task of teaching is to operationalize that It constitutes the necessary human and technical support for the success of the class
