dc.descriptionLa presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal analizar la incidencia y/o importancia que tienen los planes de inspección en el control de calidad del proceso de empacado de camarón realizado por la empresa Marecuador Cía. Ltda. El trabajo se lo realizó con un enfoque netamente cualitativo, siendo una investigación descriptiva y bibliográfica. Para ello, se utilizaron varias técnicas de recopilación de información, como son: la observación in situ de la empresa y su producción, dejando como constancia una ficha de observación, y un checklist, donde se constató el control de calidad de la producción. Como resultado de la investigación se tuvo un plan de inspección donde se recopilan las características cualitativas y cuantitativas en un solo documento. Ahí, se establecen los métodos utilizados, los límites máximos permitidos y las acciones a tomar en cuanto a aquellos parámetros encontrados fuera del límite. En conclusión, los planes de inspección resultan ser el método más efectivo para el control de calidad de la empresa, para que estos productos puedan estar aptos para la exportación, esto según las normativas nacionales, internacionales y especificaciones que tiene cada cliente.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe main objective of this research is to analyze the incidence and the importance of inspection plans in the quality control of the shrimp packing process done by Marecuador Cía. Ltda. The work was carried out with a purely qualitative approach, being a descriptive and bibliographic investigation. For this, several information gathering techniques were used, such as: the on-site observation of the company and its production, leaving a record of observation, and a checklist, where the production quality control was verified. As a result of the investigation, an inspection plan was obtained where the qualitative and quantitative characteristics are collected in a single document. This document establishs the methods that are used, the maximum limits allowed and the actions to be taken regarding those parameters found outside the limit. In conclusion, inspection plans turn out to be the most effective method for quality control of the company, so that these products can be suitable for export, according to the national regulations, international regulations (according to the country in which the product will be sent to); and specifications that each client has regarding the product.es_ES
