Abstract

The present work tries to know the dimension generated between the quantity and the price of a product, existing an inverse relationship, the greater the volume of units sold, the unit price is reduced. The reference between sales price and production (units produced) is the inflection point, generating a maximum income received, therefore, by relating said growth peak to potential sales, the economic benefit is profitable and the expense is adequate. The methodology used is quantitative, where it is proposed to perform both income and expense functions, compared to the units of boxes produced weekly, in order to obtain different scenarios that allow better decision-making. The correct application of the linear and quadratic functions will be essential to affirm if the maximum income and consumption expenditure for the units produced are optimal in the BRIBOX company.
