dc.descriptionEste trabajo analiza cuál es la importancia de constatar la manera correcta de realizar la clasificación arancelaria en lo que respecta a la importación de mercancías, ya que actualmente la evolución que ha tenido el comercio internacional, nos exige más tecnicismos y especificidad en cuanto a los documentos y requisitos en lo que respecta a importaciones de productos, por lo tanto, se deben conocer cuáles son las consecuencias de realizar de manera incorrecta este proceso de identificar y otorgar una subpartida arancelaria a un bien y el verdadero uso de las reglas interpretativas del sistema armonizado para encaminarnos en el uso efectivo de las mismas; ya que esto no solo perjudica al importador, sino también a la aduana.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis paper analyzes the importance of verifying the correct way in which the tariff classification is carried out in relation to the importation of products, since currently the evolution of international trade and customs requires more technicalities and specificity in terms of to the documents and requirements regarding imports of products, therefore, it is necessary to know what are the consequences of incorrectly carrying out this process of identifying and granting a tariff subheading to a good and the true use of the interpretive rules of the harmonized system to guide us in the effective use of them; since this not only hurts the importer, but also the customs.es_ES
