| dc.description | El objetivo del presente trabajo investigativo fue analizar el proceso para la remoción de autoridades públicas y su apego al proceso administrativo de remoción establecido en el Código Orgánico de Organización Territorial, Autonomía y Descentralización y a la garantía constitucional del debido proceso en el Ecuador. Somos un país con una normativa constitucional que prioriza los derechos humanos, así como también garantiza el cumplimiento de las leyes y que estas siempre vayan acorde a la Constitución de la Republica del Ecuador. En esta investigación, se pretende demostrar tanto el cumplimiento como las supuestas irregularidades presentadas en el proceso del alcalde del distrito metropolitano de Quito: Jorge Yunda. Además de interpretar la resolución C043-21 emitida por el Consejo Metropolitano de Quito, en la que se resuelve remover del cargo al ejecutivo y de esta forma, determinar lo que dispone la normativa antes mencionada, que reduciremos a las siglas COOTAD, y verificar que está vinculado al cumplimiento del debido proceso dentro de la causa dando como resultado una interrogante que será respondida como resultado de la investigación respecto a la existencia de legalidad dentro del caso. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this investigative work was to analyze the process for the removal of public authorities and their adherence to the administrative removal process established in the Organic Code of Territorial Organization, Autonomy and Decentralization and the constitutional guarantee of due process in Ecuador. We are a country with a constitutional regulation that prioritizes human rights, as well as guarantees compliance with the laws and that these are always in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador. In this investigation, it is intended to demonstrate both the compliance and the alleged irregularities presented in the process of the mayor of the metropolitan district of Quito: Jorge Yunda.
