| dc.description | The proposal of automation of the Vehicle Enrollment process in a Web environment for the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Guabo Canton, will be of great importance to efficiently carry out the activities and improve the quality of service to the users. The study of the current situation of the municipal entity allows defining clearly the FODA analysis, establish defensive-offensive strategies and project the institutional objectives whose fulfillment will be a challenge for those who are in charge of the matriculation Center. In addition, the redesign of some processes to be automated in a web platform, which will motivate senior managers and officials to fully fulfill the strategies, goals and policies within these strategic elements and that their successful implementation will reduce the time in the realization of Process, will increase the number of users served and above all will enhance the professional and personal development of the employees working in this unit. With this background, the implementation of process automation of the Vehicle Registration Center will set a precedent for other municipal departments to follow this process of integral change, which is the change to success. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La propuesta de automatización del proceso de Matriculación Vehícular en un entorno Web para el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del Cantón El Guabo, será de gran importancia para realizar con eficiencia las actividades y mejorar la calidad de servicio a los usuarios. El estudio de la situación actual de la entidad municipal permite definir claramente el análisis FODA, establecer estrategias defensivas-ofensivas y proyectar los objetivos institucionales cuyo cumplimiento será un desafío para quienes están al frente del Centro de Matriculación. Adicionalmente el re diseño de algunos procesos para que sean automatizados en una plataforma web, que motivara a los altos directivos y a funcionarios a cumplir a cabalidad las estrategias, metas y políticas enmarcadas en estos elementos estratégicos y que su acertada aplicación reducirá los tiempos en la realización de trámite, incrementará el número de usuarios atendidos y sobre todo potenciará el desarrollo profesional y personal de los funcionarios que laboran en esta dependencia. Con estos antecedentes, la puesta en práctica la automatización de procesos del Centro de Matriculación Vehicular constituirá un precedente para que los demás departamentos municipales sigan este proceso de cambio integral, que es el cambio al éxito. | es_ES |
