dc.descriptionLa presente investigación está orientada a analizar la competencia en el sector hotelero de la Ciudad de Machala, en específico con el Grand Hotel Americano que mediante un estudio se pudo determinar a los rivales de dicho alojamiento que cuenta con tres estrellas. Además, se optó por utilizar métodos cualitativos para conocer acerca del hotel y características importantes para el estudio. Mediante la información obtenida se conoce a los rivales del Grand Hotel Americano identificando al líder, retador y seguidor de mercado. Para luego poder implementar estrategias para que dicho hotel sea el líder y pueda obtener una mayor cuota de mercado.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present investigation is oriented to analyze the competition in the hotel sector of the City of Machala, specifically with the Grand Hotel Americano that through a study it was possible to determine the rivals of sad accommdation that has three stars. In addition, we chose to use qualitative methods to learn about the hoteland important characteristics for the study. Through the information obtained, the rivals of the Grand Hotel Americano are known by identifying the leader, challenger and follower of market.
