dc.descriptionEl presente estudio pretende establecer cuál es la incidencia del Covid 19 ante las MIPYMES para formar una reestructuración productiva y empresarial que le permita subsistir ante esta situación. Se realizó una investigación cuanticualitativa, con metodología descriptiva, cuyo análisis se direccionó a las empresas GOMALCON SA, Lili Store Machala y Panadería y Pastelería Nutrí Pan, con las que se aplicó una investigación documental y de campo que permitió identificar de qué manera se han reorientado su visión, misión y valores corporativos a causa de la pandemia provocada por el Covid 19 así como también detectar si cada una cuenta con una cultura de planificación empresarial que las fortalezca en esta emergencia sanitaria. Para el desarrollo de la investigación, se aplicó encuestas y entrevistas a cada uno de los gerentes de las empresas como objeto de estudio, con el fin de realizar la propuesta de la visión, la misión y los valores corporativos que les permita su desarrollo ante esta situación crítica que se ha presentado a nivel mundial.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to establish what is the incidence of Covid 19 in MSMEs to form a productive and business restructuring that allows them to survive in this situation. A quantitative research was carried out, with descriptive methodology, whose analysis was directed to the companies GOMALCON SA, Lili Store Machala and Panadería y Pastelería Nutrí Pan, with which a documentary and field research was applied that allowed to identify how they have been reoriented their vision, mission and corporate values due to the pandemic caused by Covid 19 as well as detecting if each one has a business planning culture that strengthens them in this health emergency. For the development of the research, surveys and interviews were applied to each of the managers of the companies as an object of study, in order to make the proposal of the vision, mission and corporate values that allow their development before this critical situation that has arisen worldwide.es_ES
