Abstract
En el sitio Guayacán, jurisdicción de la Cuca, Cantón Arenillas, desde junio hasta diciembre del 2005 se estudio la entomofauna del cultivo de mango, esta labor es una fuente de información para establecer parámetros de control de ciertos insectos plagas de esta fruta, en la que se plantearon los siguientes objetivos: 1. Identificar a nivel de orden, familia, género los especimenes colectados durante el transcurso de floración a fructificación en el cultivo de mango; 2. Determinar al momento de la cosecha. El daño causado en porcentaje; 3. Formar una colección entomológica con los especimenes capturados, se chequeo el cultivo a partir de la época de floración hasta la terminación de la cosecha, tomando muestras de los especimenes, que posteriormente fueron llevados al laboratorio para su respectiva identificación, de igual manera se lo realizó con los frutos obteniendo un índice de daño de insectos perjudiciales para este cultivo durante este periodo.
Description
In the place Guayacán, jurisdiction of the Cuca, Canton Arenillas, from June until December of the 2005 it studied the insect fauna of the mango cultivation, this work is a source of information to establish parameters of control of certain insects plagues of this fruit, in which they thought about the following objectives: 1. to identify at order , family, gender level the specimens collected during the flowering till fructification season in the mango cultivation; 2. to determine to the moment of the harvest time. The damage caused in percentage; 3. to form a entomological collection with the captured specimens, you check up the cultivation starting from the flowering time until the termination of the crop, taking samples of the specimens that later on were taken to the laboratory for their respective identification, in a same way it was carried out with the fruits obtaining an index of damage of harmful insects for this cultivation during this period.
