Estrategia de formación de valores para la participación eficiente de los docentes del bachillerato internacional en las actividades académicas de la Unidad Educativa Quince de Octubre, Naranjal, Guayas, 2017-2018

Abstract

This research and development project "VALUES FORMATION STRATEGY FOR THE EFFICIENT PARTICIPATION OF INTERNATIONAL BACCALAUREATE TEACHERS IN THE ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES OF UNIDAD EDUCATIVA QUINCE DE OCTUBRE, NARANJAL, GUAYAS, 2017-2018", consists of an investigative work with mixed paradigm, aimed at establishing the importance of the management of a values formation strategy in the educational process for teachers of the International Baccalaureate of the Unidad Educativa Quince de Octubre, Canton Naranjal, to develop it, it used a methodological process based on the theoretical methods: historical, analytic-synthetic and inductive-deductive, historical-deductive, abstract-concrete, modeling and systemic; empirical methods: study of documents, observation. With respect to the use of techniques, the study of classical documents, surveys and the participatory observation guide were used.
