Abstract
The present research designed a learning objects (LO) for the technological accessibility of students with visual special educational impairments in Basic Education through the exelearning tool: Based on the behavioral, cognitive and constructivist pedagogical models. It is necessary to mention the need for the inclusion of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the field of education and how they have significantly improved. The definition of OA is established in the field of distance education and with the characteristics that frame the definition of Learning Object as a tool in the teaching-learning process.

En la presente investigación se busca diseñar objetos de aprendizaje (OA) para la accesibilidad tecnológica de estudiantes con necesidades educativas especiales visuales en la Educación Básica mediante la herramienta exelearning con base en los modelos pedagógicos conductual, cognitivo y constructivista. Es necesario mencionar la necesidad de la inclusión de las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación (TIC) en el campo de la educación y cómo estas han mejorado significativamente. Se establece la definición de OA en el ámbito educativo a distancia y con las características que enmarcan la definición de Objeto de Aprendizaje como herramienta del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje.
