dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo de titulación hemos discutido la presencia del principio de inocencia y el derecho a la libertad en los casos en los que se dispone la medida cautelar de prisión preventiva, y para ello hemos tomado de referencia un proceso en donde se juzgó a tres individuos por el delito de Robo, mencionando que la primera audiencia se llevó a cabo en la Unidad Judicial de Flagrancias del Cantón Huaquillas, donde el Juez se acoge a dicha medida por petición del Fiscal.es_ES
