Diagnóstico de la situación actual del negocio Monadas de la ciudad de Machala.

Abstract

The purpose of the present written document is to elaborate a situational diagnosis by means of a strategic analysis of the Foda and Pareto diagram for the optimization of the administrative and productive activities of the Monadas business in the city of Machala. Consequently, the methodology to be used is quantitative, allowing primary information to be obtained, in addition the deductive method with descriptive scope is used with the implementation of the observation technique and an interview with the owner of the property using the pertinent measures prior to obtaining information. For the validation of the proposal, the following variables have been estimated: Foda analysis and Pareto diagram. The analysis will be done at a grocery store in the city of Machala.
